Looking for roommates!

Hi all,
This blog is to post pics and info about the home. Looking for roommates, hopefully they are in the field of architecture too, since we sometimes have those crazy schedules!

Info: 3 bedroom / 2 bath house in Tempe near ASU. Looking for one or two roommates to rent out the the other two rooms. Also open to renting out only the larger room and having the other be an office for all of our architecture junk. Availability: Mid-May.

About me: I am an M.Arch 3+/MSBE dual degree student entering my MSBE focus this coming fall. Also my husband lives here. Note: we are not boring married people.

Environment: This is definitely an Architecture Grad School Home. I like to work hard and play hard. I love architecture school but as you know (or are about to know) the all-nighters happen. But we do them and move on! I'm a night owl but if someone is a morning person, I don't wake easily. I take school very seriously, but when time allows love to have people over for dinner parties, pool parties etc.

The pool in action:

We have the raddest cat ever, his name is Phil. We are actually partially allergic to cats, but our reaction to him isn't too bad. Phil is an indoor cat only, if you have pets let's talk, it basically comes down to if they get along with Phil or not.

Location: the free orbit shuttle that cruises around Tempe stops less than five minute walk from our house. I actually ride my bike to school and there is a great safe route.

More info about the house, it's block construction, we have a sweet pool, slide, and firepit.

We have a reverse osmosis water filter in our kitchen (amazing water) brand new fridge, stove top and washer and dryer in the separate laundry room.

We just purchased a New Air Conditioner last summer so the house is nice and cool and the energy bill is nice and decent!

We are also open to renting out the entire house and finding our own separate place, if you are interested in that let me know.

My name is Charlene feel free to e-mail me or call me with questions!
